StallionRoster Billing & Refund Policy

 

Effective Date: March 1, 2026.

This Billing and Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered through StallionRoster, including Pro Membership subscriptions and advertising purchases.

 

By purchasing or subscribing to any paid service on StallionRoster, you agree to this policy.

 

1. Pro Membership Subscriptions

StallionRoster offers optional Pro Membership tiers which may include:

  • Bronze
  • Silver
  • Gold
  • VIP

Each membership tier provides additional features and visibility within the platform.

 

Billing

Pro Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

When subscribing, you authorize StallionRoster to automatically charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle until your membership is canceled.

Prices for each membership tier are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated in the future with notice.

 

2. Membership Cancellations

Members may cancel their Pro Membership at any time through their account settings.

When a membership is canceled:

• Future billing will stop
• The membership remains active until the 
end of the current billing cycle
• Access to Pro features will end when the billing period expires

Canceling a membership does not generate a refund for the current billing period.

 

3. Membership Refund Policy

All membership fees for Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP tiers are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued only under limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate charges caused by a system error
• Technical issues that prevented access to Pro features
• Charges that occurred after a user canceled their membership

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

StallionRoster reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds at its sole discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Partial use of a billing period
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Dissatisfaction with platform reach, engagement, or performance
• Account suspension due to violations of Terms of Service

 

4. Advertising Purchases

StallionRoster may offer paid advertising options, including but not limited to:

  • Promoted posts
  • Featured listings
  • Sponsored content
  • Banner placements
  • Promotional visibility upgrades

Advertising purchases are typically purchased for a specific duration or campaign period.

 

5. Advertising Refund Policy

Advertising purchases are non-refundable once the campaign has begun.

Refunds or advertising credits may be issued if:

• StallionRoster fails to run the advertisement due to a platform error
• An advertisement is rejected before publication

If a campaign is interrupted due to a verified platform issue, StallionRoster may provide:

• A prorated refund, or
• Advertising credit for future use.

 

6. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their advertising materials:

• Comply with StallionRoster community standards
• Do not violate intellectual property rights
• Follow applicable laws and regulations

StallionRoster does not guarantee advertising results, impressions, or engagement levels.

 

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback through their bank or payment provider:

• StallionRoster may suspend the user's account
• Access to paid features may be revoked
• Outstanding balances may become immediately due

Users are encouraged to contact StallionRoster support to resolve billing issues before filing disputes.

 

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible
• Processing times typically range from 
5–10 business days depending on the payment provider

 

9. Policy Updates

StallionRoster may update this Billing and Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of paid services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
